Product Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to Hughgah’s acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that Hughgah may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, Hughgah shall issue a credit to your credit card account.

Colors

Hughgah has made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Web Site as accurately as possible. Please check the PMS colors you have However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Back Orders

Hughgah is not responsible for items that are out of stock. We keep an eye on items we know have the potential to be out of stock but cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements to approve prior to ordering. We reserve the right to substitute similar items of different brands when stock issues arise without prior approval.

Turnaround Time 

Typical turnaround time is 7 to 10 working days after final order approval. We can generally work with your in-hands date and complete your order in time for your event date, provided you supply us with all necessary information at the time of ordering, including, but not limited to colors, quantities, and #’s, and artwork. Turnaround time starts when you’ve paid the balance due unless terms have been established.

Rush Orders: If your order is needed in a hurry, be sure it is indicated when order form is filled out, so our Sales department is aware of the in-hands date at the time you place the order. A $50.00 rush fee may be incurred or 15% charge of entire order whichever is greater if there is not enough time to complete the order under normal circumstances.

In addition, if your order needs to be shipped, please allow enough time for delivery of your order. We will work with you to ensure your order is completed and shipped on time. Hughgah cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Minimum Orders

Hughgah has a 6-piece minimum per design

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 36-hour CANCELLATION on any order before set production date indication on final approval.

Damages Policy

Hughgah has a 2% damage policy. Goods purchased thru Hughgah will be replaced during production. Customer supplied goods will be deducted from final order. 

Shipping:

Hughgah can ship using UPS and will charge customer freight amount. If freight amount quoted in original PO quote separate charge for the difference will be added to invoice.

Hughgah can ship using customers account but will he charge a 2.00 per box handling fee. All customer shipping info must be approved and added when new accounts are set up.

Payments:

Payments are to be paid in full after final approval and order will not proceed until order is paid. Hughgah accepts all major credit cards.

Hughgah does not store customers Credit card information on file for safety. Cards are processed through our order processing system.

If customers wish to have terms credit application must be requested for, filled out and approved before any orders are processed.

Approvals:

All orders must be approved before moving forward in production. Customer takes all responsibilities to check order price, quantities, artwork and ship to addresses.

Returns:

Customer goods: of customer shipped incorrect goods and return is needed the RA number and labels must be provided.


A $25 fee will be charged with added along shipping costs of Hughgah is using in house shipping account.
